o Kumasi Tour ( One Day Stay):

Brief: – Kumasi (historically spelled Comassie or Coomassie, usually spelled Kumase in Twi is a city in the Ashanti Region, and is among the largest metropolitan areas in Ghana. Kumasi is located in a rain forest region near Lake Bosomtwe, and is the commercial, industrial, and cultural capital of the historical Ashanti Empire. Kumasi is approximately 500 kilometres (300 mi) north of the Equator and 200 kilometres (100 mi) north of the Gulf of Guinea. Kumasi is alternatively known as The Garden City because of its many species of flowers and plants in the past. It is also called Oseikrom (Osei Tutu’s the first town). Kumasi is the second-largest city in Ghana, after the capital, Accra. The Central Business District of Kumasi includes areas such as Adum, Bantama, Asawasi, Pampaso and Bompata (popularly called Roman Hill), with a concentration of banks, department stalls, and hotels. Economic activities in Kumasi include financial and commercial sectors, pottery, clothing and textiles. There is a significant timber processing community in Kumasi serving the domestic market. Bantama High Street and Prempeh II Street in Bantama and Adum, respectively, are the business and entertainment hubs in Kumasi

o Techiman Tour ( Two Days Stay)

Brief: is a city and is the capital of Techiman Municipal and Bono East Region of Ghana. Techiman is a leading market town in South Ghana. Techiman is one of the two major cities and settlements of Bono East region. Techiman is home to West Africa’s largest traditional market. Techiman has a settlement population of 104,212 people in 2013. Techiman is located at a historical crossroads of trade routes and the Tano River, and serves as capital of the Techiman Municipal District.

o Techiman Tour – Engagement with the Queenship of the Traditional Area and Embark on Community & School Project – Bono Region

 

Community and School Projects- Faama Takyi Tour (1 Day Workshop)
Brief: An initiative to support and empower Girl Child from the local community or
School projects. Selected volunteer programs at Faama Takyi in the Bono Region. Activity includes in-depth Community engagement un-covering the beauty of the village culture and Queenship.
Project of Interest Includes one day workshop on:
o Work with our arts and music projects
o Coach sports and games of Girl Child
o Help support some income generating and skills development project for
the youth
o Teach English and other languages (Long Term Volunteer)
o Take up a medical care Job (Long Term Volunteer)
o Get involved in our environment conservation project. (Some of extract

o Bonfire/Story telling (Faama Takyi Story Telling)
